Policies
Every arrangement is made by hand, so stems vary with the season. If a flower is unavailable we substitute one of equal or greater value in the same colour and style, and we call before changing the shape of the piece.

Questions
How late can I order for same-day delivery?
Orders for today close at the cutoff shown above. Anything after that goes on the next open day. Some arrangements need two days' notice; the product page says so before you buy.
What happens if nobody is home?
The driver will try the phone number you gave for the recipient. If there is a safe place, and you have told us it is authorised, we will leave the flowers there and photograph them. Otherwise the order comes back to the shop and we call you to arrange a retry.
Can you deliver to a hospital or a funeral home?
Yes. Put the ward, room or service time in the timing notes so the driver knows what to work around. Reception desks often cannot accept flowers after a certain hour.
Will the flowers look exactly like the photograph?

Can I send flowers as a surprise?
Yes. Tick the surprise box at checkout and we will not contact the recipient before delivery. The card message never shows the price.
Are these real policies I can rely on?
No. This is a demonstration shop. The policies on this page are sample content, not a contract, and should be replaced with the shop's own approved wording before going live.
