Florist software · Built for one busy bench
One system for your storefront, your orders, the bench and the delivery run. The day stops living in your head, and nothing about it has to be typed twice.
Harbour & Petal is a demonstration shop. No real flowers are supplied and no real card is charged.
What STEM does
Six things STEM takes off your hands: the order that arrives while you are wiring a funeral piece, the delivery that needs moving to the afternoon, the customer asking where their flowers are.
Your bouquets, your photographs, your prices, your story — a storefront customers reach directly, not a rented page inside a directory.
Lead time, same-day cutoff, delivery zones, minimums and the number of stops you can actually make. If a date cannot be done, the shop says so before a card is touched.
What is being made, what is ready and what has left the shop, with a work ticket you can print for each. Payment state is never confused with preparation state.
Stops arrive on the driver's phone with the address, the window, the card message and the access notes. Delivered, safe-dropped or a problem comes back to the shop without a phone call.
Every email and text is logged with the provider's real result. A message that failed is shown as failed, never dressed up as delivered.
Photograph the arrangement on the bench and STEM tidies the picture and drafts the name and description. You approve the words and choose when it goes live.
Software for a flower shop should be straight with you about its edges. These are ours, stated plainly, so nothing on this page surprises you later:
Walkthrough
The demonstration shop is live in this app. Orders you place are stored, the dashboard reacts to them, and no real card is charged.
Occasion collections, a designer's choice, honest sizes and a checkout that asks for each thing once. Guided shopping reads only the flowers you actually have listed.
Today puts what needs attention first: deliveries nobody is driving, payments to chase, orders close to their cutoff. Then what is being made, what is ready and what is out.
Assign the stops, and the driver opens a phone-sized list of their own deliveries. Progress reaches the shop and the customer without anyone dialling a number.
The dashboard, driver list and setup console need a staff sign-in. Demo sign-in details live in the setup console, not on the public site.
Two shops, one back office
Both demonstration storefronts run on this one STEM install: separate catalogues and looks, shared orders, bench list, deliveries, takings and reports.
Light, warm and coastal. Cream paper, deep green ink, a rounded, friendly shop for everyday flowers.

One monthly price for the software, carrying your catalogue, delivery zones and opening hours into it. Card processing charges are separate and set by your payment provider.
Messaging and AI allowances are set per shop and are not unlimited. Your allowance is agreed when you start; usage beyond it is billed at cost, and the dashboard shows what you have used.
No. STEM sells alongside what you already do. Network orders are typed in with their source and reference, so they still appear on the bench and in the delivery run. There is no automatic network connection, and we will not claim one.
You do. Flower sales settle to your own payment account, so refunding a bouquet never touches your STEM subscription. STEM's monthly fee is billed separately.
STEM marks the message as failed or suppressed and gives the reason. Nothing is ever reported as delivered when it was not, and every message is visible in the order's notification history.
We answer every day of the year. We will not promise an instant reply in the middle of the night, and we will not hide a problem behind a cheerful status message.
Nothing in this demonstration is a contract. Pricing shown is C$100 per month for the software, billed monthly.
